RETURN POLICY

Children of the Village does not extend refunds on merchandise, but will exchange goods for store credit within 30 days of the item's purchase date.

To be eligible for an item exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact COTV by email at truth@childrenofthevillage.com and request to do so. Upon receipt of your email, you will be provided with a return shipping address and further details on your exchange credit.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
